Chamber of Commerce Annual Membership Dinner & Meeting

Join us for our 27th Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner at the Floyd EcoVillage. This popular event for the chamber membership and their guests will once again feature a silent auction social hour before bidding ends at 7pm when dinner will be served.

A cash bar will offer wine and beer along with other limited liquor choices. Buffet beverages include ice water infused with Lemon Balm, sweet tea, unsweetened Berry Zinger, organic/Fair Trade Sumatra coffee, assorted teas and instant decaf coffee.

The dinner buffet includes Whole Citrus Herb Roasted Chicken (gf/df), Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder (gf/df), Red Lentils simmered with rosemary and sage in white wine and vegetable stock (gf/vegan), Mashed Sweet and Russet Potatoes (gf/vegan), Braised Greens with Onions and Garlic (gf/vegan), Grown-up Mac n Cheese, Roasted Carrots and Mushrooms w/ Thyme (gf/vegan), Spring Mix and Romaine tossed with fresh herbs and house sourdough croutons on the side along with a variety of homemade dressings, Cornbread with wildflower honey butter. Dessert offerings are Spiced Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, and Apple Berry Crisp (gf/df).

The dinner program will include the election of board members, an update on the chamber, and recognition of some special folks. The silent auction serves as a fundraiser for the annual chamber college scholarship and chamber operations.
