Local Author and Artists’ Reception at the Hotel Floyd

The next Floyd Center for the Arts “Local Author and Artists’  Reception” at the Hotel Floyd (which happen on the second Friday of “every other month”) is taking place on Friday, Nov. 11, 5:00-7:00 p.m.,

with Dr. Peggy Shifflett as the featured author of “The Red Flannel Rag,” and “The Living Room Bed” (plus other titles), telling about her books from 6:30-6:45. Free nibbles, a no-host wine and beer bar, plus time to purchase/ just interact with the artists (jewelry, pottery and wall artists) and the author are part of this FREE event.
