Monday - Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm
Phone and email are available 6 days/ week. There may be a short delay in answering, but both are checked daily.
There are also numerous guides in the entrance hallway - Visitor Guides, Floyd maps, Cycle and motorcycle guides, Floyd stickers, Blue Ridge Parkway Directories and maps.
