Guest Chef Weekend

Chateau Morrisette’s Restaurant will have the pleasure of having Executive Chef Paul Schroeder, an award winning chef from Sonoma, California, preparing food for our guests from Friday, March 27 – Sunday, March 29. Chef Schroeder has over 20 years of experience cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. His cuisine is described as “Rustic Mediterranean” with an emphasis on local produce, rotisserie meats and fresh seafood.
Executive Chef Paul Schroeder will put together a special menu for that weekend consisting of his specialties. Reservations are highly recommended.
