Chateau Morrisette’s Restaurant will have the pleasure of having Executive Chef Paul Schroeder, an award winning chef from Sonoma, California, preparing food for our guests from Friday, March 27 – Sunday, March 29. Friday and Saturday Chef Schroeder’s menu will be served from 4pm-8pm and Sunday his menu will be served from 11am-4pm. During these times the restaurant will be serving Chef Schroeder’s menu exclusively- if you would like our regular menu, then please plan to come for lunch on Friday or Saturday.
