Goddess Circle

March 6, 2018 : 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Goddess Circle
Tuesday March 6th
7 pm – 9 pm
Ritual, Song, Sharing

We will get in touch with the Goddess Athena, patron of wisdom, courage, justice, inspiration and skill. Her symbol is the owl, creature of the night, who sees all things, and brings knowledge from the depths of mystery to the conscious mind – along with the transformation that brings. She is sometimes depicted as holding a thunderbolt of transformative power, the spear of courage, and in the statue shown, she holds Nike, Goddess of Victory. The character ‘Wonder Woman’ is in large part based on Athena, as is the Statue of Liberty.

Our questions to reflect and share on are:
What brings me courage? What kindles my fire? How do I harness my fire? Stand in my power? How do I balance my masculine and feminine? How do I create empowerment-with rather than power-over?

All are welcome to participate/co-create!
Bring songs, stories, poetry, ritual elements, finger foods & layers of warmth!

Held at the Anahata RoseHeart Chamber – a sacred ceremonial kiva/yurt at Anahata.
