Yoga for Beginners with Carly Burke

Yoga for Beginners is the perfect class for those brand new to yoga and a great review for those that have practiced before. This class teaches the foundation of yoga through movement, breathing and relaxation. Props such as blocks, straps and blankets are used to aid different body types through the movement practice. The class is basic and will also challenge the student to focus, relax, and move their bodies. Classes run in 8 week sessions for an investment of $70 or $10 per drop in.
