UTI Plant Medicine-Goldenrod Tincture Making Workshop

Goldenrod is not only a beautiful and important pollinator wildflower, it also is a potent natural antibiotic and is highly effective at treating UTIs-even antibiotic resistant strains.

Ed and Maya Skopal of I-TAL Acres will be leading a workshop which will involve identifying, learning about, and harvesting medicinal plants with a deep dive on the history and folk uses of the goldenrod. Workshop participants will make their own tincture from the goldenrod and come away with the knowledge of how to make their own tinctures, salves, and infused oils.

About the instructors: Ed and Maya Skopal of I-TAL Acres are skilled herbalists and permaculturists.
