The Maggie Gallery & the 50 Years of Love – “Celebrate with Art”

During the Virginia is for Lovers “50 Years of Love Celebration”, the Maggie Gallery will be hosting an activity every Saturday from July 27 – September 14 during which one of our artists, artisans, or authors will provide a demonstration, a discussion, and/or book signing. Start and end time for presentations will vary from person to person so please see detail below for start and end times. All activities will be held either on the Maggie’s covered front porch or inside in our sun room depending upon the weather. Most importantly, visitor interaction, open discussion, and questions are encouraged!

Week 4 – August 17, 10:30AM to 3:00PM: Susan McGrady Crockett – Becoming known for her “Floyd Downtown” and “Biscuits”, Susan McGrady Crockett has an eye for choosing interesting subjects for her canvases. Join Susan on the Maggie porch as she paints what she sees with oils.
