Soup Making @ Plenty!

Weather permitting, next Monday, Feb 15th in the Plenty! kitchen we’ll be putting together Caldo Verde, a Portuguese soup featuring winter greens, potatoes and chorizo.

Start time is 10am. I’ll also be going through the produce donation to see what is in abundance and needs immediate use. Last week a veg and mushroom heavy pasta sauce was made and distributed through the food bank along with fresh squeezed orange juice. Currently there is an overabundance of limes and suggestions are more than welcome for use.
