Scaggs & Surface

Glenn Scaggs and Allen Surface are multi-instrumentalists from the NRV area. They play in several bluegrass groups in the area and Glenn is a dynamic songwriter. They’ve recently teamed up as a duet. They play original tunes along with folk songs, country, and bluegrass.
