Dance Fundamentals Monday 3:30-4:15 Ages 3-6
In this class children will explore basic- fun dance steps that teach balance, coordination, flexibility and rhythm. The class will incorporate beginner tumbling, ballet and modern dance to inspire creative movement and fun.
Dance Expressions Monday 4:30-5:30 Age 7 +
This class will explore fun movement exercises that promote creative expression, balance and coordination. The class will draw from several movement styles including ballet, modern, gymnastics and hip hop. We will combine simple dance steps into fun easy to follow routines
Ebb &Flow Yoga Monday 6:00-7:30
This is an open level yoga class. The class combines the flowing style of Vinyasa with restorative yin postures. There is an emphasis on alignment and breath throughout the class. Come de-stress, reconnect and recharge with this balancing yoga.
