New Year Yoga Nidra

Welcome in your New Year with relaxation, peace and sweet rest.
Yoga Nidra is a rejuvenating practice that offers a deep peace for the body, mind and spirit.Also known as Yogic Sleep, it gives us time to rest and reset our nervous systems.. The room will be warmed for your comfort and we will have warm stones available. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of gentle yoga and then practice Yoga Nidra for the remaining time! This is such a nice way to create space for your intentions to root. Hope you can join us!
