Mountain Valor Fest

Mountain Valor Fest is a free, family-friendly event honoring our nation’s veterans and their families through remembrance, connection, and community. The day features live music, local food trucks, veteran resource providers, kids’ activities, and military displays. At the heart of the festival is a powerful 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at 4:00 PM, paying tribute to those we’ve lost and those who’ve served.

This annual event draws hundreds of attendees from across rural Virginia, bringing together veterans, families, and neighbors to celebrate service and build stronger communities.
