Beltane, meaning ‘Bright Fire’, is one of four Celtic seasonal festivals celebrating the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. All of life is bursting with fertility at this point, as the plants, animals and all of life awakens fully! From the center of town, go north on 221 for about 6 miles. Turn left onto Bethlehem Church Road and go 2.7 miles. Turn left onto Red Oak Grove and go a half a mile. Turn left onto Dobbins Farm Road, go 1.3 miles, until you see the green ‘street sign’ for Anahata Circle – that is our driveway – turn left there and go down to park near the celebration space and walk down the pathways to the riverfront OR drive down to the riverfront area and park near the river kitchen on the left.
