Wing Chun Kung Fu is a martial arts system that uses unique training methods to produce spontaneous reflexes. The Wing Chun system is strongly based on logic consisting of 3 core principles: simplicity of technique, efficiency of movement & directness — which are used to form biomechanical concepts for self defense.

Classes are concentrated on 4 fields of study — strengthening the core, breathing, relaxation of the body & self defense.

From these 3 principles & 4 fields of study, students will organically develop the ability to protect themselves with enhanced acute awareness while achieving a high level of confidence that will assist them in their day to day.
