Kicking Fear In The Pants: Clearing A Path To Your Authenic Creative Voice

Class Description: There are only a small handful of life’s offerings that lead to as profound a sense of vulnerability as creativity. And there are only a small handful of ways that we can contribute to the world around us that are as impactful as creativity. In this one-day workshop, empowerment coach Sarah Beth Jones will guide participants through creative and introspective activities that will explore the fear-based blocks to authentic creativity and develop an inner toolbox that can bolster the creative process from that day forward. During the workshop, participants will use collage, visualization, painting and other forms of creativity to clear the path to their authentic creative voices.

Minimum Age: Responsible Young Adult

Minimum Enrollment: 4, Maximum Enrollment: 12

About the Instructor: Sarah Beth Jones is a business and empowerment coach which means that she helps people access their own inner wisdom in order to unleash their most confident, talented, amazing selves and build their most powerful and creative lives. Collaging and meditation are her favorite means for accessing inner wisdom. She is also a blogger, freelance writer and former columnist who kicks around in poetry and fiction when she’s feeling frisky.
