Kansas City Barbecue Society Table Captain Class

In a barbecue competition, it is exciting being a judge. However, another very important position is needed to make the barbecue competition go on and that is a Table Captain. Table Captains present and pass out the meat to each of the judges. Table Captains need to know all of the rules that go along with this important task. Learn those rules in a KCBS certified class at Chateau Morrisette Winery. The cost is $35 for both members of Kansas City Barbecue Society and non- members. Come on out and learn all that you need to know to participate in Kansas City Barbecue Society competitions!
