Floyd CARE (Community Action for Racial Equity) once again brings the Juneteenth celebration to Floyd. Juneteenth, officially Juneteenth National Independence Day, is a federal holiday in the United States. It is celebrated annually to commemorate the ending of slavery in the United States.
