An asana class designed to uplift through integrating breath, movement, alignment, somatic awareness, teachings in life experience and yoga philosophy, all set to an inspiring soundtrack with the goal of a deep reset to the nervous system.
Anchoring in a deep appreciation for Nature, I aim to connect the rhythems of the body to the cycles of Nature. My classes also reflect 25 years of study in anatomy and physiology as a holistic health practitioner.
