Jax at the Hotel Floyd

From 5:00-7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Friday of “every-other-month,” the Jacksonville Center for the Arts hosts a special Reception held in the beautiful Lounge of the Hotel Floyd, with free nibbles, a no-host beer & wine bar and an opportunity to mingle with the 3 featured local artists (typically one jewelry artist, one pottery and one “wall artist”) as well as one local author (who will give a short presentation about the featured book/s from 6:30-6:45). The featured art and book/s are for sale the evening of the Reception and at the Front Desk of the Hotel Floyd for the following two months.

Four Artists Featured at Hotel Floyd Exhibit
A new art show featuring four artists opens, Friday, September 9th, 5-7PM with a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception at Hotel Floyd. The Jacksonville Center for the Arts and Hotel Floyd welcomes artists Starroot (painting), Terra Floyd (pottery), Caroline T. Tresino (jewelry) and Carolyn Tyree Feagans (author) to the Jax Gallery at the Hotel.
