Houseplants 101 Classroom

Hosted and taught by Lichen or Knot team members, you will learn so much about houesplants, along with care tips to keep your houseplants successful and looking their best. Beginners encouraged!
What is Houseplants 101? Sometimes we just need to go back to the basics. Houseplants 101 will walk you through the types of houseplants, what to do before you buy, how to buy, how to care for houseplants (including watering, light, fertilizer, temperatures and more), hands on examples to show you what plants need, and a time to pot your very own houseplant!
Materials
All materials are included with your classroom ticket. Materials include: 1 6″ houseplant of your choice (pick from three options), 1 Lichen or Knot signature pot that is just the right size for your new plant, potting soil and fertilizer.
Additional plants and pottery can be purchased on the day of the classroom and will be available at extra cost. You can choose to pot these at this time as well.
Details
Classrooms are open to the public with a total of 12 people. Ages 12 and up are welcome.
Our Houseplants 101 Classroom runs about 1 hr to 1hr 30 mins.
Classroom ticket is $60. Light refreshments provided.
