In our 2 hour Herbalism class you will learn:
-Introduction to 10 western herbs used to help reduce stress, anxiety & depression
-How to make Rose Elixir
-How to properly & safely use herbs in various ways for optimal health benefits
-How the nervous system works and which herbs support this system
-Daily practice tips & tricks to naturally reduce stress, anxiety & depression
Each student will recieve a PDF packet with all information from class.
Bring a notebook, come with questions, and be ready to learn.
