Get your spook on at the Jacksonville Center for FREE! Enjoy great family fun in your costumes at Halloween Kids Fest this year. There are refreshments, a costume parade, fortune-telling, a freaky photo booth, and a hands-on educational art activity. This year’s art activity is Creating Small Clay Sculptures, hosted by our ceramic studio volunteers and Ferrum College sociology department.
