Southwest Virginia band GOTE plays classic rock and roll and folk music with a rock, blues and jam style. GOTE’s influences include The Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, John Prine, Tom Waits, and many obscure folk singers from the ‘50s and ‘60s. The musicians include Jay Gladden on Bass, Matt Leonard on drums, John Mcbroom plays lead guitar, and Foster Burton on guitar is also the band’s lead vocalist.
