Gentle Yoga & Tisane 6-7:15pm
Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses. We have a small class-size format that is perfect for meeting your individual needs through the use of equipment such as mats and bolsters. Tisane (non caffeinated) is offered at the end of class.
