Forest Bathing

Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is an evidence-based wellness practice gaining momentum around the world. Some of the proven health benefits are reduced stress, lowered heart rate, boosted immune system, and improved mood.
In this 2-hour immersive experience, your certified forest therapy guide, Julie Sczerbinski will lead you on a mindful walk designed to slow down, awaken your senses, and deepen your relationship with the natural world. You’ll discover a new way to be in nature and leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
