But today he’s sending treats to Foggy Ridge, designed to compliment our cider: VA Oysters on the Half Shell, Pickled Celery & Apple Mignonette (Sweet Stayman); Duck Liver Mousseline, Brioche & Apple Marmalade (Pippin Gold), then Autumn Squash Bisque, NC Blue Cheese & Macerated Apples (First Fruit).
