Floy’d Pink Hair Day

On Thursday, October 26, The Floyd Center for the Arts invites you to “join the cause and dye your hair pink/ wear a pink ribbon in your hair!” You can stop by the Center (10-5p, Mon.-Sat., till Oct. 31) to drop off a donation to the “Breast Cancer Research Foundation” (rated highest on Charity Navigator -and- Charity Watch), pick up a pink ribbon to wear in your hair, and fill out a little pink note: in honor of _____- &/or – in memory of _____ , those family members and friends who have suffered from Breast Cancer. You’re also invited to take a free tour of the 2 new exhibits in the FCA upstairs and downstairs galleries!

If you can’t make it to the Center, you can also drop off your donation where you see a PINK gift bag with a PINK “Donations” sign designating a business in Town supporting this “Pink Hair Challenge.”
