Floyd Ghost Tour

This will be the seventh year for the Floyd Ghost Tour. A fascinating opportunity to learn some of the creepy and cool things about Floyd. This is a one-hour walking tour that goes around the center of the town of Floyd, every Friday and Saturday night in October.

Actor Cameron Woodruff is the guide on this journey through history. Going back almost two hundred years, with interesting historical facts and spooky stories passed down from generation to generation. Whether you are new to the area or have lived here for a long time, you will still find out things about Floyd that you never knew. Find out about our link to famous people: Edgar Allen Poe, revolutionary Patrick Henry, and Civil War general J.E.B. Stuart, audacious stories of moonshiners (living ones and ghostly ones), haunted buildings in town, legends of Buffalo Mountain and more.
