Floyd County Folksong Traditions

Floyd County Historical Society is sponsoring Ricky Cox’s presentation of Floyd County Folksong Traditions at the Floyd EcoVillage. This program will combine performance and discussion, accompanied by guitar and a little bit of old-time banjo, of two major types of folksongs; ballads and lyrical folksongs.
