Fun alternative to working out! Dance the calories away with routines that are low to high impact, always working at your own pace. Classes are held at Floyd Fitness every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Walk-ins welcome! Classes are $5 per class for non gym members, $3 per class for gym members.
