Conversation with author Beth Macy

Join us for a community conversation at The Floyd Country Store, Monday January 27th at 1pm. Best-selling Roanoke author and journalist, Beth Macy will talk about her book and answer questions from teens about the opioid crisis.

Learners in the Springhouse Science of Addiction course have been reading Macy’s book, Dopesick, which traces the roots and spread of the opioid epidemic right here in southwest Virginia. We hope you can participate in this important conversation.
