This class is an excellent way to have fun and be expressive, while staying healthy and fit. This combination is sure to increase your flexibility and strength and help you feel recharged. We will begin and end the class with some yoga stretches to warm up and cool down the body, than progress to some floor fitness exercises and finally to some easy to learn belly dance drills and short combinations. No previous dance experience necessary.
$60 for six weeks or $12 for drop ins
