Beginner Blacksmithing Class

Students will be instructed on the beginning basics of working in a forge and doing a blacksmithing project. The instructor will give an intro into blacksmithing, including forge safety, how to light the forges, different forge & anvil hammer techniques, how to shape and bend metal, and how to make a hook. The class will culminate in a finished project of a leaf handle fire place poker.
