Balancing Act Contra Dance

$6.50 – $8.Down from Staunton for our November 9 dance, we’ll step to the tunes of Bill Wellington on fiddle or guitar and Jim Harrington on accordian. Together, they are Balancing Act. Our caller will be Valerie Helbert, back again in Floyd for a lively night of fun dances and her usual clear instructions. The evening starts with a beginner lesson at 6:35 p.m. Come as you are, couples or singles. You’ll want soft, flexible shoes. Admission is $8 or, with student ID, $6.50.
