Autumn Chef’s Dinner at Chateau Morrisette

Seating is limited for our Autumn Chef’s Dinner November 12 at The Restaurant at Chateau Morrisette. Enjoy a delectable five course meal with wine pairings for each course. Our 2014 vintages of Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc will be released just for this event. $95 per person includes dinner, wine pairings, taxes, and gratuity.

The evening begins with a fireside reception and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30. At 6:00, guests move into a private dining room to begin their feast. Chef Mitchell Sheppard and his culinary team will present each course and wine pairing. Your evening’s menu selections include the following (subject to change):

Braised Rabbit, Creamed Leeks, Herb Dumplings, Benne Seeded Carrots

House Made Duck Frankfurter, Mustards, Hard Cider Braised

Forever Cooked Beef Short Ribs, Foi Gras “Gravy” Glazed Kuri Squash, Farro Verde With Roasted Muscadines

Chocolate Truffle, Brown Butter & Cracked Black Pepper Ice Cream, Tobacco Caramel, Oak Crème Chantilly, Gingersnap Hazelnut Crunch
