Join us August 20, 2016 at 3:00pm for an Autoharp Workshop with John Hollandsworth. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
This workshop is designed to help you improve your rhythm and melody playing skills on the autoharp. We will cover topics such as strums and picking styles in 4/4 and 3/4 time, playing with others, how to learn a tune by ear, and proper right and left hand techniques for efficient playing. Reading music is not a requirement, but take-home handouts will be provided. Please bring a playable autoharp, one thumb pick, and two finger picks.
