Artists’ & Author’s Reception at the Hotel Floyd

From 5:00-7:00 p.m., on Friday, March 9, at the Hotel Floyd, the Floyd Center for the Arts will be featuring 3 local artists -plus- one local author.

The Artists’ and Author’s Receptions are open to the public and include free refreshments, a no-host beer & wine bar, plus the opportunity to interact with the artists and the author, and/ or make purchases.

On March 9, our featured local artists will be: Hanging Artist, Megan McKewan; Jewelry Artist, Eli Tuchler; and Wood Artist, Lanny Bean.
Also from 6:15-6:30, our featured local author, Sarah Greene, will be giving a little presentation about her book, “Too Hungry to be Proud.

Work by each rotation of local artists and local authors will be on exhibit and for sale at the Hotel Floyd for the following two months, when the next Artists’ & Author’s Reception will take place, which is on the 2nd Friday, every other month, from 5-7 p.m. at the Hotel Floyd.
