Fallon Community Hall
$30 General Admission | Students Free
Join us at the Floyd Center for the Arts for an engaging afternoon of live piano music with Erica Ann Sipes, featuring powerful works by women composers from around the world.
Spanning more than 300 years of music history, this program brings forward voices that have too often gone unheard. The performance pairs expressive piano music with stories and insights about the composers, creating a concert experience that is both moving and accessible.
Featuring works by Marianna Martines, Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Germaine Tailleferre, Mélanie Bonis, Lili Boulanger, and more.
Erica Ann Sipes is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and serves as staff pianist and performance coach at Radford University. She is also a founding member of the Alma Ensemble and co-creator of Piano Music She Wrote, both dedicated to amplifying music composed by women. She is a Virginia Commission for the Arts Touring Artist.
Whether you are a longtime classical music listener or attending your first concert, this performance offers a welcoming and inspiring experience.
