Fundamentals of Ayurveda Seminar will help us understand health and wellness through the ancient Ayurveda system and perspective of our body, mind and soul. This is a fantastic opportunity to better understand how Ayurveda Medicine can help us as we seek to create harmony and balance in health and wellness with a wonderful local teacher and artist Aaron Stangle.

6) six stages of disease (Samprapti)

About Aaron Staengl
For most of Aaron’s life, he has strived to understand deeper layers of consciousness, how the universe works and different health systems. This journey of inquiry lead him to the ancient wisdom of the East, where these themes are woven together in a holistic model. After returning from a transformational pilgrimage in India, Aaron Staengl studied Ayurvedic medicine with Dr. Vasant Lad from 1996 to 2000 in New Mexico. He feels a call
