Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Class

A 6 week series of Feldenkrais®️ Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes at The June Bug Center. ATM classes are comprised of a verbally guided series of movement sequences which are designed to make participants aware of their habitual ways of attending to themselves while introducing new, more efficient patterns of movement which lead to improved movement, well being and comfort in life.
