Sonic Soiree Celebration

Join us for a fantastic full moon sonic celebration as we welcome ZION TRAIN’S Neil Perch direct from the UK, Skully & Jotta from ARKLIGHT SOUND SYSTEM and DJ RUBY STAR. The artists will be playing through Ark Light’s custom built sound system. The selectors/selectresses will be spinning roots reggae & performing live dub mixes. This will be a not to be missing one of a kind transportive experience. Jesi V will be providing visuals and JC Stallings will be live painting. Food and artisan vendors will be in attendance. Shanti temple will be fully activated. This is sliding fee event $15 – 30 Blessings – Sky High & RSA

ArkLight Sound System is founded by selector, singer, drummer and photographer Skully Smith. Skully has been immersed in the roots reggae and dub scene for thirty years and has toured with many local and regional bands. He has opened for international artists such as Israel Vibration, Burning Spear, Yellow Man, Eek – A – Mouse, Michael Rose, Midnite and Don Carlos. ArkLight Sound is comprised of Skully – I (US) & Jotta (Columbia) producing original music and dubplates. They are in the studio currently working on their next LP.
Selectress Ruby Star has been carefully curating and spinning high grade Roots Reggae & Dub music for over twenty years. Ruby has played alongside GRAMMY winner Kabaka Pyramid & international touring acts such as EarthKry and Mighty Mystic. She is also co owner of Sky High Reggae – a promotion & production company and a booking agent of African diaspora artists.
