Becki and the Boom Booms at Dogtown Roadhouse

Becki and the Boom Booms serve up an eclectic cocktail of blues, rock, soul, and jazz standards, all with a sultry Boom Booms twist!
Their set includes songs popularized by Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters, Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Koko Taylor, Nina Simone, Melody Gardot, and Alison Krauss, just to name a few.
Vocalist Becki Robertson Morrison was born and raised in the Richmond area to a family with musical roots at least 125 years deep.
As a child, Becki quickly picked up classical piano and later classical guitar, though her primary instrument has always been her natural and soulful, rich-toned voice.
Since 2018, she has enjoyed hitting the stage at festivals and local and regional venues with virtuoso guitarist-saxophonist, Willis Greenstreet, bass player, Brian Holt, and drummer, Matthew Holland, along with many other musically-gifted guests.
