Fancy Gap Hiking: Haiku With A View

We will enjoy about 5 miles of walking through diverse forests and meadows. This is a moderately hilly walk on single-track dirt trails with a couple of brief interesting stops along the way.

​At one stop you are invited to try your hand at writing Haiku. Instructions and encouragement will be provided.
At the end of the hike, you are invited to finish writing and sharing if you’d like. Writing and sharing are both optional. You are also welcome to share a haiku written by someone else. No pressure.

Sturdy hiking shoes are recommended. Please bring water. Below freezing temps, snow, rain or questionable road conditions will cancel the hike.
