Our free community DIY (Do It Yourself) skill shares were well received and we were asked for more of them. So after a short break, we are back with 2 more.
1. Oct. 27th, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. HOW TO FRAME AN OUT BUILDING USING SHORT WOOD LUMBER CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES.
This workshop is a more advanced follow-up to our basic construction skill-share. Hi Learn how to build outbuildings stronger / cheaper than conventionally built box buildings.
Demonstration project underway so that you can see first hand the building process. Hands on opportunity for learning.
Eye and hearing protection recommended.

2. Nov 3rd, 10:30 am—12:30 pm. HOW TO WORK WITH CEMENT
This workshop covers both ready mixed and sand and Portland cement mixes. How to create a form, mix cement, apply mortar, smooth out pads, and much more. Hands on opportunity.
