Come dance to live music with callers prompting each figure. No partner needed, all welcome, at the Floyd Contra Dance, Saturday, 7 p.m., a monthly event at the Floyd Center for the Arts, 220 Parkway Lane South, second floor. Start with a beginner lesson at 6:30, and come as you are; wear soft flexible shoes for dancing, and the caller will teach each dance. Admission is $8.00; $6.50 student ID.
