Come learn how to take control of your health and well being.
Learn how and why food, exercise, and stress affect our bodies and minds. Learn what options you have for making healthier choices to help you feel better, mentally and physically, and how to have more energy and desire to do the things in life you need and want to do for yourself and for your family.
My approach is simply teaching those who wish to learn so that whatever choices they make, they do so with knowledge and awareness, not judgement. I believe that one is never too “old” or too “young” to learn or make changes. Nor is it ever too late.
This is a one-day, all day presentation in a classroom-type setting. At the end of the day students will have the option of joining me at Food Lion for a tour where we will go through the store and learn how to understand tricky food labels and how to make healthier choices.
