2026 Floyd County Rotary Chili Cookoff

Floyd County Rotary’s annual Chili Cookoff brings teams representing Floyd County EMS, Floyd Volunteer Fire Department and Floyd County Sheriff’s Office together for friendly competition while raising funds for all three organizations.
Come join us and sample chili prepared by each team at no charge and vote for their favorite with $1 People’s Choice votes. A panel of judges will also select a Judges’ Award winner. Donations are encouraged, with 100% of Chili Cookoff donations and sponsorships benefiting the three first responder organizations.
The Chili Cookoff helps kick off Citizens Telephone Cooperative’s free Boots & Broadband Bash, featuring line dancing, music, food trucks and more. The Boots & Broadband Bash continues after the cookoff until 9pm
