Their huge\, distinct sound is a sonic voyage\, epitomized by hi-energy psychedelia\, progressive rock\, and deep-fried funk. Praised by Rolling Stone as a “jubilant rock act\,” The Snozzberries are a rising star in the worlds of psych\, prog and jam. \nThe Asheville\, NC based rock group has always emphasized engaging with their audience through tight musical arrangements and improvisational exploration. Delving deeper into a new era of progressive fusion-based storytelling\, The Snozzberries are ready to nourish the masses with their infectious riffs and memorable vocal harmonies. \nIn November 2024\, The Snozzberries released their new self-titled album to rave reviews. Described by Grateful Web as “a gift for all progressive music fans\,” The Snozzberries is a cosmic journey\, channeling dark psych rock\, thrash metal\, funk and soul to weave a tapestry of love\, loss and redemption. Prog Magazine praised the album as “Pushing the envelope in energy\, chaos and breadth…An exuberant collection of tasty grooves and kaleidoscopic jams.” \nOn a hot streak of creativity\, the band recently released “Durt Nap” and “Just After 2” the first in a series of live-studio singles. Each of these new singles has been recorded\, mixed and mastered by the band’s drummer Logan Jayne at his home studio\, and all feature an accompanying music video. Fans can anticipate seeing these new releases every few weeks for the rest of 2025. \nThe Snozzberries notably thrive as a live ensemble\, so much that Live For Live Music wrote “the band delivered a hard-hitting set that raged against the elements and was a worthwhile reason for many – including this reporter – to get soaked.” They have wowed audiences at festivals including Hulaween\, Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival\, Summer Camp\, Resonance\, Sweetwater 420 Fest\, Front Porch Fest\, Warren Haynes Xmas Jam By Day\, AVLFest and more. They have shared the stage with bands such as Papadosio\, Perpetual Groove\, Dirty Dozen Brass Band\, Here Come The Mummies\, and Big Something and have played official afterparties for Umphrey’s McGee\, The Disco Biscuits and Lotus.

SUMMARY:Freak Rangers
DESCRIPTION:Free show ~ \nFreak Rangers is finding the groove from the past and taking it further. Jay Gladden and Matt Leonard join Bradley Carr\, Timbo Sims and John McBroom to continue the journey that Red Weather started in the early ‘90s. We look forward to more Homespun Psychedelic Fun! \n••••• \nThree-fifths of the Freak Rangers come from a band named Red Weather; Bradley\, John and Timbo. Red Weather toured from 1993 to 1999 and released 3 projects before coming off the road and played occasionally till the passing of drummer Thomas Wilson in 2015. Since then the three have played together in a few other projects and sat-in a lot with each other’s more recent projects. \nOver the last decade they talked a lot about bringing Red Weather’s music back\, but life always seemed to lead to other opportunities. Well\, with a little coaxing and a lot of intent the three primary writers of Red Weather have reunited to play and see what happens. They are only able to undergo such a daring adventure with their new bandmates and rhythm section\, Jay Gladden and Matt Leonard.

SUMMARY:Morgan Wade ~ Home for the Holidays
DESCRIPTION:** TICKET SHOW **\nMorgan Wade is home for the holidays and she’s bringing a special show to her hometown of Floyd\, VA this holiday season. We are beyond thrilled to have Morgan return to our stage for the first time since 2019 – Please join us for a very special show! \nMORGAN WADE\n“It’s good to reflect and see how far you’ve come\,” says acclaimed singer-songwriter Morgan Wade. Her latest album The Party Is Over (Recovered) (out 8/1 via Sony Music Nashville) is all about her past\, with the Virginia native revisiting songs she wrote before she became sober. When Wade was in college in Roanoke studying to become a doctor\, she was discovering herself in numerous other ways. Living on her own for the first time\, the formerly anti-alcohol teen began drinking and eventually doing drugs with her friends and classmates. But she also started writing songs that would establish her musical identity\, finding her voice and pursuing a passion that\nwould become her livelihood. \n“I was really changing and trying to figure out who the hell I was\,” she recalls. “I think some days I’m still trying to figure that out.” \nWade’s partying spiraled into an addiction that she eventually realized she needed to quit. As of this summer\, she’s been sober for 8 years. In the time since\, she’s become one of Nashville’s\nmost critically-acclaimed stars\, and her fans began finding her old music\, which she played on early tours and had put up on YouTube. They started requesting she put them out officially\, so Wade began digging through her archives of voice notes and videos to find the songs that she felt were good enough to record and play. With her go-to producer Clint Wells\, they refined and arranged these songs that were written by Wade on her own\, between the ages of 19 and 22\, to fit the setlist and discography of a 30-year-old star. \n“I’m at a place now where I’m good in my sobriety and I’m happy\,” she says. “I can revisit the songs and look back on them fondly\, and not from a place of wanting to shelter myself from that. I remember exactly where I was at and what I was doing when I wrote them. I’m looking back as an adult who’s sober\, who’s happy\, who’s healthy\, who’s doing very well\, saying ‘Alright\, you were an idiot\, but you were smart in some areas.’” \nThe songs on The Party Is Over run the gamut of a young woman torn between feelings of loneliness and typical coming-of-age confusion with the desire to lose herself in the ecstasy of pain-numbing substances. Lead single “East Coast” was a preview of what Wade was feeling towards the end of this period of her life\, “decidin’ ‘tween the Bible and the bottle.” \n“That song was in the 27 Club realm of things that I’ve written\,” Wade explains. “I knew that the people that connect with deep songs like that really connect with those. I’m always happy to put things out that touch on my sobriety and mental health and are a big reflection of where I was at that time.” \nThe oldest song on the album is “Parking Garage\,” written when Wade was “19 and lonely” as she sings at the start of the track. “I had a couple of friends that we would go smoke weed in the parking garage beside the dorm in her car\, and I think back about that\,” she says. “So I just wrote it after hanging out with them. It was really fun to go back and give life to it because it never had\nbeen recorded at all.” \nOn the tail end of this period is the title track\, “The Party Is Over.” She was around 21\, reflecting on a relationship that had seen better days. She describes it as one built around the excess. Capping off the album is the sole new song from the collection\, “Hardwood Floor.” The song is inspired by her experience going through IVF\, due to the preventative measures she has done and will be taking in the future after testing positive for the RAD5ID gene. This gene\, along with her family history of breast cancer\, puts her at high risk for the disease. Wade underwent a double mastectomy in December 2023 and will eventually need to have a hysterectomy and her ovaries removed to prevent ovarian cancer. \n“It’s a heavy process\,” she says. “It’s expensive. It’s draining. It’s stressful.” Wade has known other friends who have done IVF to conceive and watching them struggle to be heard by their own doctors made Wade reflect on the rarely discussed pain of infertility. She wrote the song in one take\, and when she played it for Wells and her band\, they all cried. \n“I think back to when I was in high school\, and I thought you graduate\, you go to college\, and you get married and you have kids\,” she says. “I watch everyone around me\, all these strong\, beautiful\nwomen in my life that have children. When you really sit back and think about what a woman’s body can do\, that’s a powerful thing.” \nWade’s fourth album quickly follows 2024’s Obsessed\, which was the first album solely written by Wade. Since debuting in 2021 with Reckless\, Wade has found herself gaining considerable attention and acclaim amongst her country and roots music peers as well as musicians in the rock and pop world. She’s toured with everyone from Eric Church and Chris Stapleton to Alanis Morissette\, Joan Jett and\, most recently\, Shinedown. Her music has even gained considerable traction overseas\, rare for a singer in her field. \nNow\, with a collection of songs written when she was quite young\, Wade can see not only how far she’s come but how far along she already was back then. \n“I was a little bit nervous and I had to get out of my head with it\,” she says of dusting these off. “As a 19 year old kid\, I wrote these songs myself\, so I had to look at it from that view. There’s a lot of good memories that came back\, but even the painful things that I was reflecting on\, I was still glad.” \n** TICKET SHOW **\nGA Early Bird: $42 (all fees included) through 12/19 at 11:59pm (online only) \nGA Day of show: $47 (all fees included) 12/20 (day of show at the door only) \n* Table tickets available – Limited quantity * \n*GA tickets are standing room only\, with no seating guarantee. Table tickets include access to the show for the number of seats at the table purchased + the table is yours for the night! \nDoors: 7pm || Show: 8pm \nTickets are non-refundable.
